The hotel's location was convenient, next to San Antonio, restaurants and main av, and six flags flags. Also, it was 1 mile from The Well. There were central heating, flat-screen television and a microwave in the room, loved that.

Door was hard to open, walls in room were dirty. Room was just smelly. I dared not eat breakfast

The staff was really welcoming and the room was nicely decorated, and we had all the amenities we needed upon arrival.

The front desk staff informed us we may have a problem with the TV since it was a new set up, and if we did to call them and they would get it fix. We did and they came right away and resolved the problem quickly.

I have stayed here before and made sure I booked with them again on my second trip. Kids love the place I love the place and plan on going back when ever I am in san Antonio.

This place is cozy and has a fantastic pool 🏊🏼♂️. The staff here are super friendly, and the rooms are nicely decorated and look very new. Each room comes with a fridge and a microwave oven, which is handy.

Great hotel in a magnificent location in the middle of San Antonio. Incredibly nice staff. Reasonably spacious rooms equipped with a microwave oven, fridge, and hair dryer. Convenient location near Six Flags.

it is clean and the room is big the breakfast was nice too
the number of the tables in the lobby are not enough at the breakfast time so we waited some time to get table and there is no wifi in the rooms ( only in the lobby )

The room was dirty. There was a dirty sock shoved under the bed. Sheets where dirty and there was empty smoking containers in the room.

The location was close to th UTSA campus.
When I booked online there was no mention of a $50.00 deposit on the room. When I checked out I was told that it might take over a week for the deposit money to be put back in my account.
